Qualifications
1. Requires a background in installation, maintenance and repairing of production equipment and facility related equipment.
2. Requires an engineering degree or equivalent with varied experience and knowledge of maintenance, machines, equipments etc.
3. Must also possess ability to communicate and work with all levels of personnel, both Chinese nationals and international service employees. Versed in various computer applications and E-mail transmittals in English.

Desirable Qualifications
-BMS(building management system) operation and maintenance experience
--CNC machining center maintenance experience

Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
1. To ensure the facility, utilities, and equipment are in good condition.
2. To provide technical support to maintenance staff on utilities PM and repairing.
3. To troubleshoot operational problems relative to the utilities, facility equipment.
4. To monitor and control the costs spending on facility, utilities and equipment.
5. To manage the contractors for the maintenance and repairing of facility and utility system.
6. To plan and manage the capital in facility area.
7. To manage the new projects on the facility and utility system.

Job Duties:
This is a staff assignment. Work assignments may include mechanical, structural, electrical, hydraulic, and environmental and computer related projects based on experience and educational background.
Assignments may include but would not be restricted to the following type of work:
1. Ensure plant wide utilities are supported including monitoring, operating, controlling and repairing heating, ventilating and air conditioning system for the office and factory areas. Also, involves the efficient operation ofthe supply and distribution systems for fuel, water, compressed air, coal gas, paint and for operation of waste treatment plant and fire protection and sprinkler equipment etc.
2. Troubleshoots throughout the plant to determine cause of failure, lack of efficiency and the need for repair orimprovement of systems or equipment. Resolves problems in design and recommends solutions to prevent recurrence of problem.
3. Plan and actualize to some of rearrangement and capacity expansion works on the facility and utility system.
4. Work with relative staff to ensure power, wastewater, coal gas etc. to meet the requirement of both Chinese andAmerican standards.
5. Manage contractors to complete contracted jobs, for example, the building repair, landscaping and housekeeping for the facility.
6. Manage capital projects related to new installation or replacement of facility equipment.
7. Manage expansion and improvement projects related to facilities.
