Qualifications
·University degree or equivalent experience
·Typically requires 3 - 5 years of related logistics experience.
·Background in service parts warehouse management is desirable
·Good knowledge of planning and assembly experience
·Possesses good leadership, supervisory, communication skills
·Ability to work independently and good judgment
·Good written and spoken English
·Good PC skills: Microsoft products (Access, Excel, Visio) MS-project.

Responsibilities
*Adhere to Corporate HR practices and procedures
a.PMP (Formalized process to review and reward employee job performance)
b.At a minimum annual evaluation of all employees
c.Corporate Code of Business Conduct
d.Prohibited Harassment
*Oversight of performance management
a.Ensure associates complete Daily Activity Cards
b.Manage TRACKS (Process Control)
c.Daily and weekly Resource Allocation (FTE planning)
*Champion of inbound and outbound processes
*Adhere to the PMP process (e.g. SMART Goals, Employee Review Process (ERP))
a.Annual performance reviews for all associates
*Administer and enforce facility operating procedures and processes
*Ensures the operation meets or exceeds client obligations and expectations (LSA)
a.Meet daily operations requirements
b.Meet quality objectives
c.Input for client updates and reports concerning area of operation
*Liaise with persons responsible for the smooth implementation and utilization of computer systems that serve the distribution center.
*Communicates effectively with internal/external customers.
*Co-ordinate and cooperate with store supervisors on daily operational activities as well as special projects.
*Ensures Corporate Safety/OSHA Programs are followed
*Continuous improvement via 6 SIGMA
a.Improves warehouse storage concepts, operational methods in co-op with planning & warehouse management.
b.Improves QC services such as audits & controls QCM/claims processing, parts quality processes, and monthly performance reporting.
*Ensures facility processes and procedures are documented and updated
a.Use documented processes and procedures to train new associates
b.Ensure that subordinates are adequately trained and their duties are performed to the satisfaction of all internal/external customers.
*Support the Lead Operation Supervisor:
a.Ensures associates adhere to Facility & M&E Maintenance programs
b.Ensures associates adhere to Rolling Stock PMs and replacement schedule
*Ensure area of operation Adheres to Corporate HazMat Program
