Job Description:
Responsible for working with supplier/Quality resource/SS team together to improve supplier parts on quality; follow supplier 8D report for failure parts and verify 8D effectiveness; lead smart-line project to find out failure parts root cause and work out corrective action together with supplier. Tracking supplier performance and reporting.

Requirements:
Engineering or manufacturing background plus familiarity with manufacturing processes used to produce components and assemblies for Caterpillar Products, a bachelor s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in engineering, three to five years of job-related experience are required, Tools and Techniques of 6 Sigma methodology, Good human relations skills are required to develop a cooperative working relationship with others inside and outside of Caterpillar. desired_skills_qualifications: Understands the relevance of supply chain concepts, Project management skill, Good English skill.
