1. Responsible for the sales and marketing activity in the designated area, Songyuan & Baicheng.

负责华北利星行机械松原、白城区域内的挖掘机销售和市场工作；

2. Accomplish or over fulfill the annual sales target assigned.

在批准的预算范围内 , 完成或超额完成每年的销售任务；

3. Maintain a rapport and business relationship with repeated customers and establish new relationships by a considered communication plan.

通过不断地沟通，维护老客户，发展新客户并与客户建立良好业务关系；

4. Responsible for customer credit checking.

负责做好客户信用度和经营状况评价工作；

5. Responsible for contract implementation, coordination with customers and assisting the Credit Department to collect AR.

负责合同的执行工作，做好与客户的协调工作，协助信贷部门准时收取应收账款；

6. Responsible for the business development in the designated area, establishment and expansion of sales network for continuing improvement of CAT PINS.

负责所在区域的业务发展 , 负责销售网络的建立和拓展 , 不断提高CAT品牌在当地的市场占有率；

7. Conduct marketing research, collect marketing information, and establish a sound

relationship with target customers.

进行市场调查，收集市场信息，与目标客户建立联系、沟通的渠道；

8.Able to establish effective communication with Product Support Department to provide customers with an effective after sales service.

能够与整机业务支持有很好的沟通，以保证客户获得产品技术支持；

9.Accomplish tasks assigned under Company’s regulations.

按照公司的各项规章制度要求 , 出色完成工作；

Essential Criteria 基本素质

1.At least 2 years of related experience in machine sales 至少两年机械设备销售经验；

2.Familiar with the market in and around the designated area熟悉所负责市场的业务及地区周边市场业务；

3. Good team spirit with ability to expand market 具有良好的市场开拓能力及团队合作精神 ；

4.Professional dedication and sense of responsibility具有较强的敬业精神和工作责任感 ；

5. Conducts all business in an ethical manner 遵守职业道德 ；

6. Extroverted with good communication skills, high integrity and being able to face challenges. 外向开拓型，善于沟通，乐观进取，待人真诚，勇于接受挑战 ；

Preferred Criteria 优先条件

1. Knowledge of Caterpillar heavy machines eg. excavators and MG对挖掘机，平地机等重型机械设备的相关知识 ；

2. College Diploma or above, majoring mechanism preferred 专科或者本科学历，机械专业优先；

3. Knowledge of Caterpillar products preferred 具有卡特彼勒产品经验和知识经验者优先；
