Qualifications
1.At least University graduate in Mechanical Engineering(Welding or machining).
2.At least 2 years working experience in CNC machine processing and/or Fabrication, and other mechanical equipmentand demonstrated performance to accept additional responsibilities that requires this extra experience.
3.Good knowledge of quality control.
4.Good Pro/E and AUTOCAD skills.
5.Good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent analytical skills, strong personal initiative, good computer skills, team spirit, careful, considerate, and diligent.
6.Competence in both written and spoken English in daily work is an advantage.
Desirable Qualifications
Work experience in Construction Equipment industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
1.Design proper Fixture, Tools, Gauge, Container for Fabrication, machining. Selecting the proper M& E, tooling and fixtures for machining and/or Fabrication
2.Preparing documents or drawing and validating tools to support the shop floor production. This may include but not limited to documents like Fixture Drawing, Tool list and Gauge list, NC Program Logistics container and tools based on Job Instruction Sheet, the job Instruction Sheet itself, Operation Instruction, Production Routings, Quality Checking Inspections and codes that fits the equipment.
3.Selecting and Designing or Designing and validating right gauges/ devices for inspection.
4.Design the tool for or being able to use Statistics Processing Control methodology to improve quality. Improve the quality to meet CSCLs quality goal is crucial to this job.
5.Designing and/ or improving fixtures for current or new products
6.Be able to provide input for the new product introduction process
7.Performing field failure analysis based on requirements from Supervisors
8.Accomplish the assigned tasks to support operational excellence such as 6 Sigma, Class A, ISO9001, ISO14001, MQ12005 etc.
