Qualifications
Requires good understanding of Engineering Principles that are applied on design & operation of construction equipment. Bachelor degree on machinery engineering or equivalent experience, preferably with experience in engineeringdesign along with an understanding of Mechanical Manufacturing, Assembly & Metal Materials systems; Requires the ability to read & interpret Engineering Drawings, Specification Charts, Service & Parts Manuals; Requires good English skill for speaking and writing as well as good computer skills; Requires good communication skills at many levels, both with Co., Dealers, District office, Product Support group, Engineering group & even end user.

Desirable Qualifications
This position must be able to work with a multi-national work force, both internal and external CSCL, and could travel to CSCL dealer and some job site for first hand investigation.

Responsibilities
This position is responsible for taking accountability of coordinating on PIQ (Partners in Quality) information with World Wide CSCL related dealers, World Wide MWL & MG product support team, Earthmoving Asia Pacific Product Support team and Product Engineering team
