Qualifications
Strong leadership skill
Mechanical manufacturing experience for 3 years or beyond.
Can write, read and speak English.
People management experience.
Good communication and coordination skill

CPS knowledge for operations

Responsibilities
To direct various disciplines of the manufacturing process including safety, quality, EOS, velocity and cost control on fabrication, cell manufacturing, and some related areas, etc. Also directly manages the night shift operations ( 2nd and 3rd ) by coordinating the work load, planning, budgeting, CPS and follow-up of the manufacturing operations in these areas.
