job_description_responsibilities: This position will provide technical expertise for the design, development, & cost effective manufacture of largestructures and/or light fabrications for medium track-type tractors manufactured in Asia and targeted at LRC markets (China, India, AME, CIS, Indonesia) -exchanging design information within and between business units and other teams. Candidates must have the abilityto gather relevant information, compare and contrast data, & identify relationships. Principle responsibilities include analyzing, identifying and applying engineering techniques to solve problems and make recommendations.
Candidates should demonstrate creativity & innovation by championing new initiatives, collaborating with team members and other teams, and keeping abreast of advancing technology.

required_skills_qualifications: Requires an accredited Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or other appropriate technical discipline. Fourto six years of product (machine or system) design/development experience with strong technical skills are required. Must have ability to communicate effectively in English & Chinese with team members and others in the work group, as well employees in other units, customers and suppliers.
desired_skills_qualifications: Experience working with different products, processes or systems is desirable.
