Qualifications
Minimum requirement is an Engineering degree with 3-5 years of production / manufacture experience in Electronics and Mechanical Components and Systems Assembly and good understanding of embedded control systems development and production. Applicants must have good oral and written English communications skills and must be willing/able to perform well in a team environment.

Desirable Qualifications
-Team leadership experience
-2 or more years of New Product Introduction experience
-2 or more years experience in purchasing and supply chain management
-Strong knowledge & experience in configuration and logistic management
-Knowledge of processes and software Development life cycle.
-Familiarity/experience with machine control systems and automotive domain is a definite plus.
-Exposure to Six-sigma process and basic knowledge of Statistical tools and statistics.
-Working knowledge of Visio, MS Office tools.
-Knowledge of web-based tools, software tools working in Windows platform.

Responsibilities
This Project Lead Engineer will work as a member of an Electrical/Electronics and Mechanical System Kitting and Assembly Operation Factory. This job includes:
-Lead a team of process engineers and analysts to support factory operation
-Participation of NPI projects as a member of the CPPD team
-Work with purchasing and engineering team to manage supply chain
-Work with product engineering team and logistic team to provide system assembly to customers
-Leading the improvement and enhancement of the existing supply chain and logistic processes
