Qualifications
BS - Technical Field
Excellent organizational and planning skills. Proven ability to get things done on time. Ability to effectively work with numerous projects simultaneously. Highly motivated individual with a lot of initiative. Ability to learn quickly. Strong follow-up skills. Optimistic attitude.

Desirable Qualifications
1-5 years work experience in a technical field.
Understanding of basic project management methodology, including network-based schedules and activity logic analysis. Experience using project management software, such as Primavera or Microsoft Project, including creating project schedules and updating them.

Responsibilities
This position is responsible for managing overall project scheduling and activity tracking for multiple facility and new product development (NPI) projects, including the development of master detailed project management schedules assuring project dates can be obtained. The individual will update the project management plans on a regular basis, track progress, identify potential problems early, and resolve problems with the team in a timely manner. This position is at the Suzhou facility reporting to the Center for Project Excellence manager in Aurora.
