Qualifications
· Completion of the Cat U Order-to-Delivery, Supply Chain Core and CPS Team Member Training (Just for Cat internal candidate)
· Completion of CPS Yellow Belt, Yellow Belt + and Green Belt Training (Just for Cat internal candidate)
· CPS Functional Job Role Qualified (Just for Cat internal candidate)
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
· Result oriented, could work under high work pressure
· Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organization and communication skills
· Good MS software skills, especially Excel
· Good English writing and oral skills
· College or university degree
· Minimum of three years of supply chain or related field job experience, two years scheduling experience at least.

Desirable Qualifications
· APICS CPIM or CSPC National Certification highly desired
· SAP experience would be highly desired

Responsibilities
Supports the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process and attends meetings with operation team on a monthly basis acting as SME (Subject Matter Expert). Supports data gathering for analysis of industry and customer trends and helps assess risks and opportunities.

Supports the Supply Planning (Production Plan and Inventory Plan) and involved in the developing of MPS (Master Production Schedule) as SME.

Responsible for preparing order schedules to fulfill orders from customer. Coordinates related resources to support the fulfillment of customer order and production schedule. Monitors the production schedule and modifies as needed to maintain acceptable product availability and inventory levels. Report issues on time, which would negatively effect the fulfillment of these orders.

Supports data collection and analysis of actual results against business variables of the RBM forecasts such as orders, shipments and factory inventory. Assists in the development of a plan and business case for critical review by materials, factory managers and business resource, explaining why this plan provides the best compromise to conflicting objectives.
