Qualifications
1-4 years of Hydraulic experience, familiarity with Pro/e and creation of hydraulic schematics, familiarity with hydraulic system design and development. Candidate must possess good English skills and have a positive attitude towards fellow team members. Candidate must be able to adopt team goals and help others succeed.

Desirable Qualifications
Should be a self-starter able to work with little or remote supervision.
Works well in teams.
Ability to communicate effectively either in person or remotely.

Responsibilities
This position will be a supporting team member for Hydraulic System Design and Development on Caterpillar machinery programs. Individual will be resposible for defining system requirements, concept selection, component requirements, component sizing, defining validation plans, tracking issues, and constructively participating in a dynamic team environment.
