Qualifications
The position requires a general knowledge of products and understanding of forecasting and ordering processes with the ability to quickly learn various engine ordering systems. Previous experience in a customer service role would be beneficial but not essential.
Desirable Qualifications
1. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
2. PC Literate.
3. Good numerical and structured problem solving skills
4. Ability to work as part of a Team
5. High level of accuracy
6. Excellent planning and organisational skills
Responsibilities
As a member of the Orders Management team, the Account Coordinator is responsible for managing customer orders and processing them in a variety of orders management systems. The account coordinator will manage a suite of customers and acts as the primary customer interface in relation to all orders management issues from order to delivery. The job role requires an understanding of business processes within areas such as supply chain , master production scheduling and operations.There is a potential to travel throughout the UK and Europe, representing the company at customers premises with the goal of improving customer relationships.
