Qualifications
· General knowledge of production scheduling and capacity management
· Knowledge and/or experience in material control, purchasing, parts distribution, inventory control, manufacturing operations and transportation or logistics desired
· Minimum of 2 years of supply chain or related field job experience
· Experience with ERP, SAP is preferred
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· College or university degree, preferably in Supply Chain and/or Logistics Management
· Good English skills
· Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organization and communication skills
· General manufacturing knowledge or experience in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities
- Collaborates with suppliers to ensure execution to planned orders and schedules, and resolves issues with suppliers to align processes.
- Ensures the timely delivery of materials to the facility, collaborating with suppliers to coordinate deliveries, shipping schedules and work schedules to meet facility production plans
- Using electronic communication connect,. Collaborates with suppliers and manufacturing to discuss delivery of material for machine and assembly lines, quality problems and alternate methods of manufacturing
- Analyzes established parts schedules and production requirements, converting requirements into appropriate piece parts, requisitioning the materials, regulating inventory levels and issuing work orders
- Analyzes engineering releases for changes and/or new releases and coordinates effective release dates to provide an efficient depletion of related existing stock items
- Monitoring and tracking supplier performance metrics and the Supplier S&OP Process
- Supports continuous improvement processes for improved forecast credibility and usability for production planning
