Qualifications
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: Requires good people and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to get jobs done. Also requires a thorough knowledge of assembly, test, and repair processes. Must have a strong commitment to safety, quality, velocity, and team development objectives.

Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE: To direct production and support personnel in activities associated with assembly, test, and repair of CSCL product.

JOB DUTIES:
· This position is responsible for the direction of hourly employees.
· Incumbent is responsible to know and manage manufacturing in assigned area.
· Ensures workforce is conducting assigned tasks in compliance with safe job procedures.
· Ensures team is producing product that meets all quality and cost expectations.
· Ensures work flows at a rate to meet area velocity requirements.
· Ensures proper training and effective utilization of assigned workforce.
· Actively works to enhance employee engagement.
· Actively works to enhance skills of assigned team members.
· Ensures processing support (stands, fixtures, tooling, and methods) to meet production requirements.
· Ensures necessary parts and materials are ordered and distributed in a timely and efficient manner.
· Ensures preventive maintenance is performed according to schedule.
· Schedules/coordinates area vacation schedules.
· Handles administrative tasks: policy, attendance, and corrective actions.
· Shift to shift coordination.
· Reports, tracks daily production results.
· Coordinates work with up-stream and down-stream processes.
· Adheres to established standards, policies and practices relating to quality, cost reduction, safety, ergonomics, affirmative action, etc. in performing assigned duties
