Qualifications
Requires a 4-year degree preferably in accounting or recognised accounting qualification. Candidates must demonstrate high levels of initiative, leadership, good judgment and strong organisation skills. Excellent communication skills are a must as this candidate will be in direct contact with several internal Cat Logistics groups (Commercial, Business Resources, Human Resources, and CLTS) as well a potential for direct contact with current and prospective clients. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem solving and human relations skills are also necessary. Must be fluent in English. Position does require limited travel.

Desirable Qualifications
Extensive Financial Reporting experience with Cat Logistics results is a plus, as the candidate will participate in the analysis and reporting of Cat Logistics MLS/ILC financial results.

Responsibilities
Provide financial analysis and business resource support to Cat Logistics management teams by:
1) Analysing and forecasting business results for the external customer relationships of MLS/ILC-based commercial and operational Cat Logistics Management. More specific the position provides assistance, guidance and analysis during the RBM, ATS and EOR processes.
2) Performing enterprise business and financial analysis for existing business initiatives or current business restructurings including developing strategies for new business proposals for the logistics business.
3) Presenting business proposals and related recommendations to Cat Logistics Management teams.
4) Researching and developing creative business alternatives and solutions to business problems as well as providing business leadership and creativity for commercial teams.
5) Providing required data, analyzing and reporting of Cat Logistics MLS/ILC financial results.
