职位职责：
1.Responsible for new PC, printers, telephone exchange & breakdown request.
2. Maintain of IT equipments, telephone lines.
3. Maintain of email server, network and ERP including recovery backup.
4. Continuous improvement on training with ERP upgrading
5. Receive, prioritize, document, and resolve IT requests in accordance with company standard policies.
6.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable IT equipment, policies, industry trends, and software solutions.
7.Provide appropriate computer training/assistance for users, staff, and/or visitors as appropriate.
8.Access and install software updates, drivers, security patches and anti-virus software.
9.Perform other duties as required.

任职要求：
1. Degree/Diploma in Computer Engineering
2.2+years experience in the installation, maintenance, and support of computer equipment.
3. 2+ years experience in business data center environments, server management, network management, and disaster recovery practices.
4. Good knowledge in ERP implementation and maintenance in a Mfg environment.
5. Good communicator & mature personality.
