JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Develop the master production schedules to accommodate marketing demand within practical production capabilities and balances the conflicting objectives of employment stability, efficient manufacturing and appropriate inventory levels at optimum costs for all Reman products.
2. Identify and resolve Marketing & Sales issues with impact on scheduling concerns.
3. Release the manufacturing orders timely and accurately to instruct the production in the shop floor to support MPS requirements
4. Follows up on the implementation of the manufacturing orders and monitors the completion of the orders.
5. Supports the production line CPS initiatives to eliminate the waste, which includes excessive WIP and buffer stock by applying proper lead-time for the manufacturing orders.
6. Develop departmental & interdepartmental procedures as required.
