Manufacturing Engineer is expected to be familiar with the whole remanufacturing processes and methodologies. Designs or directs the acquisition, design, fabrication and repair of all necessary tooling and machines. Monitors all exchange and in-house requirements, monitors salvage rates. Analyzes engineering change notices, determines any part or process change, initiates and implements all changes. Establishes and maintain bill of materials and work orders to support cost management system.

Typical internal customers include operation, quality and immediate supervisor. The position is challenged to quickly and correctly identify problems that may not be obvious. The incumbent solves problems by determining the best course of action, within departmental guidelines, from many existing solutions.

Skills
BS in Mechanical or related Engineering
3-5 years experience in manufacturing engineering especially in engine manufacturing engineering
Familiar with PPAP procedure
Strong initiative, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Willing to conduct multiple projects concurrently
Ability to effectively communicate in English in work environment
