job_description_responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to Hydraulic System Design and Development on Caterpillar machinery programs. Individual will be resposible for defining system requirements, concept selection, component requirements, component sizing, defining validation plans, tracking issues, achieving hydraulic system cost reduction goal.

required_skills_qualifications:
Requires a technical degree and more than 5 years of previous experience. Skills in product design, development or research of products, components or systems, and customer relations are needed. Excellent human relations and communications skills are necessary.
