job_description_responsibilities: This position will work in E&SI-China Division E&E Components section to design and develop ECM module and Product Link hardware including module design and development, test and validation for Cat heavy-duty machine products.

The incumbent is expected to deliver ECM module hardware specification development, hardware design, parts test and validation, supplier development with GP and technical support for production and application.

The incumbent is expected to deliver components to meet the required reliability & durability at or below components cost target and development cost target.

The incumbent will also need have capacity to coach his team members to design and develop high quality E&E components and manage the whole NPI and CPI projects including the project schedule, cost, and quality control etc.

The incumbent will demonstrate strong customer focus on customer needs as well as new technologies, products, manufacturing & assembly processes/methods.


required_skills_qualifications:
1.BS/MS in Electric & Electronics Engineering or related engineering majors;
2.More than 3 years experience on electronic &electrical product design, development and test engineering;
3.Ability to effectively communicate in English in work environment. (CET-IV at least);
4.Strong initiative, communication, interpersonal, teamwork skills;
5.Team leading and training capability;
6.Familiar with at least one schematic/layout tools

1.Manufacturing or purchasing experience
2.Experiences in working w/ suppliers to develop components.
3.Experiences in Electronic control hardware or software design.
