job_description_responsibilities:
1.Fucos on OEMs and dealers quality issues and coordinate the improvement of complaints and VOC;
Organize weekly meeting with OEM to review the issues improvement status and track customer issues improvement performance;
2.Weekly collect OEM engine consumption and output customer quality trend;
3.Create PIQ (Partner In Quality) events and maintain the database with 8D report;
4.Support product export work, audit and approve the quality paper work of export;
5.Involve in NPI process, assure new product inspection documents like main line 5-star, PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), PDA (Pre-Delivery Audit) are ready before first engine launch;
6.Maintain the PDI and PDA procedure, checklist and give training to auditor and operators in time;
7.Maintain the documents of customer satisfaction degree procedure, customer complaints disposal procedure and take action by procedure;
8.Manage the CAV (Customer Acceptance Validation) gaps like PDI, PDA and PIQ deployment to support CAV yearly target;
9.Manage PDI and PDA issues disposal and output the PDI and PDA performance monthly;
10.Hold weekly PDI&PDA issues review meeting with ME and production, maintain the boards of VOCC (Voice Of Customer Center), PDI, PDA;
11.Manage PDP of product quality auditor and give enough training to the auditor.


required_skills_qualifications: Bachelors degree.
At least 2-3 year experiences in mechanical engineering or engine manufacturing.
Solid knowledge of quality tools, such as FMEA and SPC charts.
Computer literate in Excel & PowerPoint.
Good English communication skill.

desired_skills_qualifications: Knowledge of SAP.
Knowledge of the process of APQP/PPAP.
