Job_description_responsibilities: 1. This individual will work for Caterpillar Drivetrain Systems Engineering team in China providing quality and validation engineering support for Caterpillar drivetrain and components China localization and sourcing development, new product development, and drivetrain system China manufacturing.
2. The person is responsible for ensuring local sourced components quality. Key components include gearboxes, shafts, gears, and clutch housing, etc.
3. The person is responsible for performing parts inspections, especially machined parts, at various phases of local supplier development, including process development, product certification, and production audit. Specific job duties include CMM programming, parts inspection, results analysis and documentation, and results sharing with team members to drive action plans. Job duties also include performing parts inspection by other variety of gauges and supporting metal logical inspection by in-house material experts.
4. The person is expected to work closely with engineers from our China and US design and manufacturing teams to fully understand design requirements and critical features.
5. The incumbent is expected to demonstrate strong customer focus by staying current with customer needs as well as technology development in new measurement and inspection techniques and equipment.
6. Responsibility may grow to quality assurance engineer of assembly and test of drivetrain sub-system and complete drivetrain products, in addition to drivetrain components. Also, there is the potential to move into drivetrain design.

required_skills_qualifications: BS in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering major
Fluent Mandarin Chinese and good English communication ability
Strong customer focus, initiative, communication, and organizational skills
Strong data analysis capability

desired_skills_qualifications: CMM programming experiences strongly desired, familiarity with Quindos software a plus
Working knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
Above two years of manufacturing quality experiences
Experience of APQP and PPAP
Good Pro/E or similar CAD software experiences

comments: 主要工作职责：
1.负责传动系统国产化和新产品开发主要零部件检验及质量保证，包括齿轮箱，离合器轴，齿轮，以及离合器壳体等
2. 负责零部件供应商发展过程关键节点零部件全面检验与质量评估。具体职责包括CMM 编程，另件检验，数据分析及报告，推荐行动方案。职责还包括用其他机械加工检具检验传动系统零部件并与金相工程师一起做零部件材料和热处理检验。
3. 沟通理解检验要求, 制定及实施检验计划, 按时保质保量提供检验结果. 并积极参与零部件质量问题的解决.

职位要求：
1.机械工程及相近学科本科学历
2.能熟练使用汉语和较好的英语进行会话与书面交流
3.较强客户和团队意识, 较高工作主动性与交流，人际，和组织能力
4.较强数据分析能力
5.两年以上机械制造及加工质量项目经验, 至少有一年以上CMM 编程经验
6.熟练使用尺寸与形位公差以及Pro/E 或相当CAD软件, 了解APQP 和PPAP
