job_description_responsibilities:
1. Act as M& E engineer to work with Project team, Construction Management Company, Design team, Supervision team and Contractors to build the facility according to Caterpillar and China standards.
2. In charge of management the plumbing, electricity and gas supply for the facility. Plan and execute the maintenance/innovation/development/installation of equipment; ensure the facilities and equipments to meet the technical and EHS requirements.
3. In charge of the routine maintenance and examination for the electric supply/distribution, HVAC, compression air, security surveillance, illumination, water supply and drainage, water treatment, fire-fighting systems and special equipment.
4. Provide engineering support by overseeing installation and calibration/validation of newly-installed equipments based on design and performance specifications; Organize facility modifications/improvements for operations and maintenance as a technical resource.
5. Manage contractors and ensure facility maintenance and construction projects could be accomplished on time and with high quality.
6. Responsible for the troubleshooting, repairing and quarterly/annual maintenance of different equipments and facility utilities.
7. In charge of the purchasing request and delivery schedule for the spare parts.

required_skills_qualifications: 1. College Degree or above in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering is required
2. At least 4 years work experience as Mechanical & Electrical Engineer or Facility engineer
3. Good organizational and communication abilities
4. Familiar with local codes, standard regulations and their implementation
5. Good oral and written English communication skill
