job_description_responsibilities: This position is charge of leading the NPI programs related to Hydraulics and Hydraulic systems for LRC products in China.
- Leads NPI programs and is accountable for proper program execution and deliverables.
- Ensures full compliance of programs with NPI process.
- Leads NPI team activities and coordinates team members’ efforts, leads NPI reviews.
- Uses project management techniques & tools, monitors teams progress, addresses issues and
develops plans to meet programs goals (program timeliness, cost, program requirements, ..).
- Ensures effective communication with teams (system, components and machines,) and negotiates resources.

required_skills_qualifications: - Applicant must have a BS (or equivalent).
- Applicant must have 7 to 10 years experience, possibly in various fields (Engineering, Marketing,
Purchasing, Product Support, ,..).
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and project planning/management skills.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin.
- Good knowledge of NPI process and/or previous experience with NPI-related activities would be
preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous 6 Sigma Black Belt experience would be preferred.
