Job Description:
1. Responsible for facility construction and maintenance.2. Develop a capable team with deep expertise to build and maintain facilities.3. Act as the owner representative, working with Project team and the Design & Build Contractor on the AP Proving Ground facility construction, meeting safety, quality, cost and timeline targets4. Improve efficiency of equipment and reduction of breakdown time to increase the productivity5. Provide professional troubleshooting and energy saving proposal on facility management & maintenance to improve utilities operate efficiency and lifecycle.6. Training maintenance team to improve maintenance skill.7. Ensure that equipment runs safely & normally in good conditions. 8. Manage subcontractor site works to ensure their works to be done safely and meeting requirements and company policies.

Requirements:
1. College education or above in major of civil, mechanical & electrical automation, HVAC or relevant fields2. Minimum 3 years in work experience as a facility supervisor or project manager 3. Strong work plan and management capability4. Good maintenance and construction knowledge and skills5. Good oral and written English skill6. Excellent computer skill, familiar with AutoCAD, project Software7. Strong communications skills.
