job_description_responsibilities: The PCE supports MQ11005 certification. Supports Caterpillar 6 Sigma initiatives with suppliers. Executes assigned activities from Concurrent Product and Process Development (CPPD), New Product Introduction (NPI) and Continues Process Improvement (CPI) teams. Works with suppliers to reduce waste and improve supplier process capability and efficiency. responsilbe for new supplier development & selection within region.

required_skills_qualifications: A bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering;Experience and technical knowledge Transmission & Lower power train productEngineering or manufacturing backgroundFamiliarity with manufacturing processes used to produce Transmission & drivetrain components and assemblies for Caterpillar Products;Good interpersonal communication, analytical, leadership and project management skills to develop a cooperative working relationships with others both inside and outside of Caterpillar.Fulent in English.desired_skills_qualifications: 5 years relevant work experience
