A. Basic Purpose:
◆ Develop and manage supplier in accordance with company business objective, business strategy and supplier performance requirement.
◆ Maintenance company quality system effectively to through annual external audit.
B. Responsibilities:
1. Develop, maintain and optimize the supplier quality procedures and strategies
2. Develop a core team of SQE with strong knowledge of basic quality management skills
3.Lead SQE team to proactively and effectively solves suppliers’ quality issues and improve suppliers performance to company’s expectations;
4. Implement PPAP to validate supplier and new parts.
5. Set up improvement project with assigned SQE and evaluate the results in certain timescale;
6. Communicate QC manager with customers claims solved and attain high customer satisfaction
7. Lead or participate in lean- 6 sigma project to improve issue.
C. Qualifications:
◆ Bachelor degree or above in the mechanical engineering or similar one .
◆ Experience with strong supplier management knowledge
◆ Rich experience in the project management in the IPD.
◆ Rich experience in the problem analysis and solving.
◆ Familiar with ISO 9001 system audit and related components process audit
◆ Minimum 4 years working experience supplier management and ISO 9001 system.
◆ Certified six sigma green belt or black belt is a plus
◆ Good communication and coordination
◆ Proficient written & spoken English and Strong PC skills
◆ Know how to use Microsoft tool such as power point, word document and excel worksheet etc.
