Brief Job Description:
Be responsible for the program of conveyor system in the painting area. Maintain and improve the conveyor system program and participate in the system error troubleshooting. 负责油漆输送链系统的程序维护，程序改进和故障排除。
Be responsible for the conveyor system from fabrication shop to painting and assembly shop. Work with supplier to create program and program adjustment at the startup of the system. Conduct the maintenance, improvement and troubleshooting of the program. 负责焊接，油漆，装配车间的输送链程序的维护，程序改进和日常故障排除。
Create the painting and welding robot program for required new parts. Maintain and troubleshooting of the program related errors. 油漆和焊接机器人的程序编写，程序维护和故障排除。
Communicate and coordinate with relative manufacturing engineers to understand the arc/spot welding process and painting process. 与相关制造工程师沟通协调，了解油漆和焊接的工艺流程。

Requirements:
College above degree with the major of electrics or automation. 大专及以上学历，电气、自动化相关专业。
With more than 3 years’ work experience related to PLC and Robotic programming and adjustments.
三年及以上PLC编程、调试和机器人程序调试工作经验。
Be familiar with the related standard and norms in the electrics area.
熟悉国家强电弱电行业标准与规范。
Good command of PLC and C language. 良好的PLC及C语言基础 。
Good command of AUTOCAD and other Office software. 能够熟练使用计算机和AUTOCAD等办公软件。
Be familiar with any of KUKA, FANUC and ABB robots. Be familiar with the control of the automated production lines and it’s elements.
熟悉KUKA，FANUC或ABB机器人之一, 熟悉自动化生产线的构成和控制。
