Brief Job Description:
Participate the development of stamping parts suppliers.
参与冲压件供应商的开发。
Work with quality department to establish stamping parts incoming parts quality inspection and control plan. 建立冲压件的来料检验方法和质量控制计划。
Audit the cost of stamping parts and dies/molds.
审核供应商的冲压件报价和模具报价。
Analyze and address quality issues encountered in the production.
对生产过程中的冲压件质量问题进行分析和解决。
Actively work with Stamping Suppliers on the following items concerning stamping process, dies, equipments, and continuous improvements. 跟供应商在具体冲压工艺，模具，设备和质量控制展开积极合作。
Make the stamping parts manufacturing process. Improve the process by introducing new technologies and continuous improvements. 冲压工艺的编制、改良及新生产工艺的引进，不断提高加工工艺水平。
Design and improve the stamping dies. Improve the manufacturing capacity of stamping dies.
冲压模具的设计、改进，提高模具制程加工能力；
Design, improve and maintain the stamping equipments.
设计、改进、维护冲压设备系统.
Audit supplier’s stamping process and daily operation compliance.
审核供应商冲压工艺和日常运作的控制管理；
Design the stamping process of new parts.
编制新产品生产流程图，准备优化设备参数；
Bring up new ideas and plans to improve the stamping technology and process.
提出并参与冲压技术改造方案。
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.由主管安排的其他工作。
Requirements:
Be familiar with the stamping dies and stamping principles and stamping process steps.
非常了解模具结构, 冲压原理, 冲压工序。
Be familiar with the stamping material and the specifications.
非常了解各种冲压材料各种性能参数。
Be familiar with stamping parts quality requirements and tolerance, and be familiar with the quality inspection of stamping parts. 非常了解冲压件品质要求及公差特性，熟悉冲压件质量检测。
Be familiar with the stamping equipments.
非常了解冲压设备。
Good command of CAD, UG and Office software.
能够熟练操作CAD，UG，和Office办公软件。
Good English skills both in reading, writing and oral speaking.
良好的英语读，说，写能力。
