job_description_responsibilities:
Work with a team of research and development engineers to test and validate new construction equipment designs and product improvements.Perform complex assembly and disassembly of construction equipment which includes performing diagnostic analysis to identify necessary repairs or improvements to major equipment systems including but not limited to engine, powertrain, hydraulics, and electrical. Read engineering drawings, schematics, service manuals and work orders for directions and safe operating practices. Perform test activities utilizing electronic instrumentation, prepare technical reports and assist the technical staff with an in-depth understanding of construction and earth moving practices, machine applications, and operating techniques. Evaluates performance characteristics, serviceability, and safety aspects of all equipment.Utilize basic computer skills to produce electronic spreadsheets, develop charts and graphs, perform word processing and communicate via electronic mail.

required_skills_qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience operating a variety of construction earthmoving equipment including excavators, wheel loaders, and motor graders.Hand on experience with the service and repair of various automotive or constructions equipment.Ability to work effectively in a team
