job_description_responsibilities: 1) acting as a contact with product groups in Asia-Pacific region to promote technology, provide technical support and project management on fabrication process simulation; 2) playing roles in various China NPI and CPPD teams to support structural designers and manufacturing engineers to save fabrication/assembly cost and increase manufacturing efficiency; 3) providing support to US-based simulation team on fabrication process simulation projects; 4) supporting future R&D projects in the fabrication process simulation and engineering areas. required_skills_qualifications: 1. A minimum of four-year degree in industrial, manufacturing or mechanical engineering. 2. At least 2 years of shop floor manufacturing experience in fabrication area.Familiar with fabrication processes such as cutting,forming,welding and assembly. Previous experience in a heavy fabrication environment is a plus. 3. Basic understanding of Finite Element Analysis, experience on ABAQUS is a big plus. 4. Good communication skill and feel comfortable not only in a office environmentbut also in a production environment.
