job_description_responsibilities:
1.Maintain and continuously improve painting process of existing products.
2.Responsible for painting pretreatment,top-coat, and wastewater treatment process
3.Troubleshoots day-to-day process problems, initiates solutions, and follows-up to evaluate effectiveness of changes to ensure practical painting.
4.Design and raise purchase requisition for new tooling and fixtures.
5.Follow APQP Procedure to develop painting process for new products
6.Explore new technology and process of painting, apply them to our daily work in painting area.
7.Other tasks assigned by Supervisor


required_skills_qualifications:
Major in Chemical Engineering
2-5 years experience for painting process is required
Be familiar with painting pretreatment process
Be familiar with wastewater treatment process
Be familiat with painting equipment usage
Microspftware office skill is required
