job_description_responsibilities:

APQP Deployment Engineer will be an APQP expert, skilled in the execution of APQP process and the validation processes embedded in New Product Introduction. He/She will represent Global Product Develop Process & Deployment Division to be the local APQP process owner and work with all business units in China to deploy APQP in China. Training, coaching and mentoring local engineers including suppliers on the execution of APQP process are primary responsibilities and may be assigned other responsibilities regarding validation processes of NPI in the future.



required_skills_qualifications:

Minimum 4-year bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering is required for this position. The candidate must have 2-5 years experience on product development of construction industry or automotive industry. Hands-on experience and good knowledge on casting or design are required. The candidate must have strong, proven skills in oral/written communication, and customer focus. It is better to have APQP knowledge.



Fluency in English, oral and written, is mandatory.
