Job Description
? Implement tooling improvements

? Review manufacturing methodology and improve manufacturing processes
? Maintain production throughput for manufactured components to assembly of the finished products
? Participate with the team and Kaizen teams in cost reduction projects, implementation of solutions, optimization of shop floor procedures, quick changeovers, etc
? Know-how transfer between leadplant in Germany and production plant in Beijing
? Develop, improve and troubleshoot multi-axis CNC machining processes.

? Design tooling and fixtures for machining processes using CADs
