Principal Function岗位职能概述
管理和控制本门店的销售、产品支持和相关支持部门的运营，确保与分公司经理的发展方向保持一致。在成本和费用可控或降低的前提下，完成本门店的商业计划和关键绩效指标。
To organize and control sales, product support and supporting operation of shop fronts in order to complying branch managers’ direction and to achieve business plan and KPI with reduced and controlled costs and expenses.

Principal Accountabilities职责描述
1. 分解分公司对门店的计划，形成详细的行动方案和任务，确保每一个环节的合理可行。
Transform branch managers’ planning into detail planning, actions or tasks.
2. 通过对组织运营的监控以实现门店的赢利和关键绩效指标
Monitor deployed planning, actions and tasks to achieve shop front profitability and KPI.
3. 合理整合门店内部跨部门的资源，以最小的投入超额完成年度预算。
Integrate cross functional units with minimum resources to overfulfil the budget.
4. 通过及时有效的培训，确保本门店所有员工遵守国家法律、公司的政策、规章制度，为员工提供安全的工作环境。
Through effective and efficient training, make sure staff of the shop front comply with legislation, WTC policies, regulations and procedures, work at a safe environment.
5. 反馈当地市场动态和业务问题，便于分公司经理和职能经理理解当地市场和竞争状况.
Feedback local market intelligence and business problems to branch managers and functional managers to aware the market and competition.
6. 在实际工作中，指导和发展下属的能力
Coach and develop subordinates’ capabilities.

Proven supervisory experience in machinery and equipment industry and position

Qualifications and Experiences 资格与经验
相关行业，最少5人团队的至少2年的管理经验，3年的主管经验
At least 2 years managerial or 3 years supervisory experience in similar industry of more than 5 team members.
大专或以上学历，工程机械或相关专业
At least College school graduate or above, major in Mechanical engineering or related subject.
熟悉当地的经济环境
Familiar with local business environment.
