岗位描述：

1.Communication with suppliers for sourcing issues.
2.Identify potential suppliers for products required and prepare potential supplier profile to determine suitability.
3.Manage supplier audit function and make recommendations on supplier selection.
4.Develop program to continually monitor supplier performance, identify required improvements and implement.
5.Identify manufacturing and system processes improvements required. Take a hand on approach with suppliers to make identified improvements and to develop capability to consistently manufacture product to requirements.
6.Take charge of purchasing and logistic coordination between us and suppliers.

相关要求：

1.Two years or above experience in Supply Chain Management field from manufacturing industry, at best in multi-national company and most likely within Purchasing but experience from manufacturing or design is also relevant.
2.Project management, managing people and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, process capability and product quality are more important than typical purchasing skills；
3.University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent；
4.Must have proficient English speaking and writing skills.
5.Good communicator, persistent though diplomatic
6.Ability to initiate and drive project with only limited guidance
7.Good team player
