主要业绩(Main achievements)：在200吨挖机项目组里，本人用三维软件pro/E从无到有地建立起整车的三维模型及布置方案，用于项目的方案评审并且顺利通过；(In the 200 tons excavator project,I built the whole model and layout with Pro/E,and approved by the team leader)

我在产品结构设计过程中，在本部门率先使用了自学的ANSYS有限元分析软件，对结构进行了受力分析，保证了焊接结构件的可靠性，有效地控制了结构的重量。(I use ansys in my unit first, analysed the welded structure ,control its weight effectively and ensure its reliability.)

职 责(Responsibility):负责柴油机机体缸盖工艺、工装、夹具、检具，刀具的设计。(Process design,facilities,fixtures inspect tools, cutter tools design for diesel machine’s cylinder block and cylinder head.)

1996.7-2001.4就职于 朝阳工程机械厂设计部(Work for ChanYang wheel loader plant, Department :R&D)
职 责(Responsibility) : 负责装载机车架设计(Wheel loader’s welded structure design)。
主要从事ZL20,ZL30,ZL40（G）,ZL50（G）装载机、挖掘装载机，压路机车架设计，覆盖件设计（驾驶室，发动机罩）及解决日常技术问题。(Main work were design welded structures ,cab ,cover parts for wheel loaders, backhoe wheel loader ,road roller.)
主要业绩 (Main achievements)： ZL25－20挖掘装载机新产品开发，车架结构设计，铲斗容积校核并重新设计（在当时用图板画图，自学CAD二维及三维设计，大大改善产品设计质量效率）；(Welded frame design for new product of ZL 25-20 backhoe loader, bucket cubage check and redesign(I studied CAD of 2D and 3D,increase quality and efficiency, at that time ,computers had not been applied in design work)
