Our current focus area of design development includes mobile hydraulic valves. We are in the process to develop local design facility at Bosch Rexroth India which we call as Product Engineering Process which is also consider as Design for Six Sigma. Under this we do following mile stone to execute like concept making, derive specification, 3d modeling (Pro-E), analysis of model (Pro-Mechanical), project planning, risk assessment, FMEA, DOE, Design Verification, Design Validation, project cost, profit analysis, planning, quality gates, etc. I have initiated two innovative design and development projects which will help to penetrate in different segment with same product family by adding some special feature (new outlet element design with electrically operated switch for clamp function) in valve for heavy construction vehicle. Nature of the second project is compact low cost relief valve design for tractor industry.
