Knowledge of PPAP Preparation & Submission, SPC & MSA Study Monthly as per Plan, All Documents issues and maintain All Inspections as per(CP,RMQP,QAP),SOP & 5’S Implementation etc. ? Preparing the control plan for the development component ? Daily production report & daily rejection report. ? Preparing programs & setting for CNC and VTL machine. ? Maintains the quality of the product during production Preparing the planning of Development component for operation. Preparing the monthly priority for operation and dispatching date.
