1. Engaged in a High Mix/Low Volume account, managing PO, Delivery, ECN/NRE, RMA, Repairing Service, E&O, Quotation.
2. Coordinating CFT(Store/Production/QA/Test/Process engineering/Material Planner/Production Control/Failure Analysis) and the customer, organizing material and production for ensuring delivery committed on time; And daily CFT activity review.
3. Improve the basic establishment of the system across all the function departments;
4. Involved with NPI team activities and new projects seamlessly transferring.
5. Overseeing the whole account business in terms of finance performance,balance pricing and costing.

1.New project introduction, delegate the team activity among the function departments: R&D, Tooling, production, PMC, buyer, shipping, engineering, quality.
2.To initiate a Project Overall Schedule, Investment Budget, Product Cost Control , Product Development Schedule, Validation Schedule, Outsourcing Schedule, Material Purchasing schedule, Production Schedule, Capacity Analysis, Ramp up Schedule, Delivery Schedule, Quality Plan, Quality Continuous Improvement;
3.Meeting suppliers to make sure the suppliers process, capacity, quality, delivery and price committed on expectation;
4.Conference call with customers to review Project Schedule, Project Status, to discuss ECN, Forecast Updates, PO placement, Production Schedule, Delivery Schedule, Material (Consigned Material, E&O), NRE, RTV, quality, etc;
5.Make quotation to Sales, leading R&D team for development activity starting from a product concept;

1. Assisting the Factory manager taking care of customer forecast and production schedule by accounting of production capacity, making sure manpower, facility, process, material, quality for the purpose of organizing mass production and delivery commitments.
2. Taking care of administration and issues involved with local government.
3. To be an interpreter(English) to the Factory Manager for daily operation activities.

1. Taking care of delivery forecast, and preparing delivery schedule.
2. Making sure BOM, work instruction, flow chart, fixtures and testing equipments are ready prior to starting production; Driving material ready and process qualification.

1. To qualify new products and handle customer complaints.
